Could you make cave entrances as natural markers as well?

The Map also needs a scrollbar... I mean for the list of places you have marked on the map. Just a simple scroll bar would make it a lot more useful.

I considered it, but I thought it would just make an unusably large list of cave entrances, given how numerous they are, and that it would therefore be nicer to place markers manually on caves that are actually interesting instead. I'm still undecided.

One could always add checkboxes in order for client user to choose what markers he wants to be automatically placed.

And checkboxes on which groups of markers to show on map and in list. Maybe let us hide/show each color group. And let sort by names or by colors, like kin list.

Also zooming and ability to switch between levels - ground, L1, L2...

That would require a pre-meditated exhaustive list of all such markers, though, which would be ugly.

Or just a list of the types the character has actually seen, which would be less so, #justsayin.

Sure enough. It would at the very least require more UI, though, which is surely some kind of Crime against Humanity.
