I suggested this a long time ago but...

Yo man, how about adding continents like way the fuark off into the deep where it takes hours to get to, and you could find denizens of the netherworld there. It would force players to play cooperatively (of course, if they weren't busy fighting each other) to make an effort to "expand" their influence into other areas. I mean, make these denizens look scary as shiet, and expeditioners would want to think twice before fighting these mofos. They'd have to send the best of the best to deal with these things. It would probably take months or even a year to even pull off a successful landing? With the rng of spawn, it would be absolutely awesome to see the bloodbath and panicking of players fighting these things.

im not sure if understood anything what you wrote but no that seems too much arcade fantasy

something more subtle like a scary monster in the forest that is a object of legends seems more liekly for hnh

Common suggesting. I think general opinion is that some thing in this vein should happen, but it is low priority now.

Sorry, I just don't understand why you think it's arcade-ish when literally most other mammals are stronger than humans. Bulldogs can maul people. Bears can maul people. Horses can maul people. Humanoid looking demon monsters? They could have the strength of like three humans. Put teamwork to the test in haven and hearth. Let's see how people will fare when they go on expeditions hours away from their homelands to storm NPC's that they have no information on.
