While at it, introduce a random chance to fall down and break your neck. Fun!

I just love grinding up a new character after a random death. It's immersive!™
“We still, alas, cannot forestall it-
This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.
