Due to the nature of what people post, it would be quickly and often abused to dox others, post illegal images/links, and otherwise used in a way that not only hurts the forum but the users and the game as well.

What prompts a user to post is what is the content or is in the topic thread rather than where it is located in. Furthermore, some topics are going to be attractive to many individuals to post in. Examples are post from your rival faction(s), 2016 election, a topic remotely about memes, anything related to PvP in Haven, and your significant other your forum enemies. Regardless if these topics are posted in Moot, Inn, Critiques, or Fort Knox, people are going to respond to them, especially if they feel passionate about it.
