I remember reading a while ago about how someone said that they wanted noobs to be more involved in kingdoms and their development and I've thought of a buffing kingdom item to add. I couldn't find a good picture of one but the statues I'm thinking of are made of branches, boughs and logs tied together in humanoid shapes. They're fairly primitive and would suit the games setting fairly well. I also think that they should only use spindly taproots as string, and would need a lot of them, probably over 500.
The point is is that it is made up of vast amounts of materials that noobs can gather, but it should be made up of enough of them so that it would be really time consuming for higher level players to collect. Considering it's appearance it should give buffs to psyche, carpentry and maybe stealth or farming.
