Horse whistle and horse feeding

1. It is rather annoying when you jump offa horse and it walks away. Please make an ability to call the nearest horse back. Maybe available only to branded horse and brand owner.
2. It is also annoying that after having a long trip you cannot feed you hungry horse from hand or at leas from bucket. Instead you need to build trough and wait for unpredictable amount of time

You can tether them to the nearest tree now, which is awesome ... but I would still like to be able to whistle mine if I'm honest and would be handy in the mines and on mountains. :)
