wine should age over time in barrels.
wine barrels should be material dependent.
diffirent barrels results in different aged wines.
and the quality of the barrel should modify the effect.
the branding iron should brand barrels aswell.
name of the player should be displayed at branded barrels.
and rules similar to branded animals.
lets say per rl week 1 aging "cycle".
per cycle it gains maybe 5% quality.
when carried in a container the current aging cycle should be displayed.
"oakwood barrel aged 7 times" or something
depending on the vessel it aged in, it gains different boni.

for example:
hazelnutwood barrel aged wine increases the chances of perception FEP“s by 2.5% at q10 per age cyclus. (works only at the first time you drink it per attribute gain)
when you filled the wine in a barrel you have to "seal" it, before it ages properly.
when the seal is broken, the aging looses effect unless the wine is stored in a bottle.
when filled in a bottle the "age" of the wine and the barrel type + player and day should be "printed" on the bottle
iam from germany, so my english isnt perfect, i know ;)
