Move extraction press to buildings & construction

Move extraction press to buildings & construction

The extraction press isnt liftable, could it be moved to the buildings & construction page to reflect this?

The same goes for the torchpost. its not liftable so it should go in the buildings & construction tab aswell

I would suggest to make the torchpost liftable instead.
