Aggregate maps for realms + villages

Allow lawspeakers to create a map compiled from all their villlager's maps

and further allow realm owners/king/queens to compile lawspeaker maps into a big realm map.

would probably need tweaks. would be cool if there were constructions associated with it aswell, like a big map table.
