Since we cna craft a shelf to hang upon our walls how about windows? I think it would be nice to place them in spots for natural light and effect. :)

Would it be possible to dye the glass as well or leave it plain "transparent"?

Yes hang is the correct term. Only in modern times with newer window types did we switch to the term install.
