Raising rabbit q is impossible

Postby stickman » Tue Dec 13, 2016 4:07 am

was this intended? I have been breeding the rabbits since the updated... started with q25 rabbits and I think I have a q27 now... SOOO slow... seems like no point in trying to raise them. dunno if im the only one experiencing this...or maybe this is intended?

Probably intended, I would work towards catching 40ish q rabbits cause that's the highest they can get in the wild I think.

I'm pretty sure the Devs didn't mean the Rabbit Hutches to be a source of hide/meat/etc like other animals, more like a rp or immersion thing.

Yeah, you are not the only one experiencing this, in my opinion it's not worth trying to breed rabbits and just accept they are for decoration. I started mine off with a 34q male and a 25q doe, all this time later having consumed a lot of high q food and good q water my highest q baby has also been 27q, most of them were 25/26q ... I built 3 hutches as well, lol, waste of bone glue!

Could also be an experiment to get away from runaway qualities rising infinitely. Also keep in mind that once you have caught a good pair you basically get an endless supply of then without much work...

I have had females but the majority of newborns have, so far, been male. I think I've had possibly three females since the beginning, tho it may have only been two ... the slow rate at which they reproduce and mature don't really make them any good for anything with slow q rate too imho. But it is still nice to have a rabbit hutch ... :D
