Wizard's Tower

Let us build a literal Wizard's Tower. I'm not sure what purpose it'd serve, but I'm sure it'd look nice.
World 12: Quit at some point.
World 11: Community Fair Worker
World 10: Co-Founder of the Northern Kingdom, Resident of Emerald City, Founder and Mayor of the Hole of Glory, RamZ's Art Emporium at CF, Member of the CFL Rams.
World 9: Founder of SnoopVille, Resident of Emerald City
World 7: Hermit and Neighbor to a dead Korean

Describe what it would look like.
I imagine it would open up some new hearth magics or make more elaborate secret spells possible.

Comedy option: make the tower shaped like a wizard but no other effects

Brewing potions, as an option. Tusk snort or something like that was present in legacy as a remporary str buster. They could be used to decrease the gap between botters and moderate botters (who doesn't use purus and amber bots nowadays, lol?). For instance, special potion could help to loose less stamina per harvest/mining/chopping the trees and etc. Casting a minion-helper who would pick up things for you and stockpile could be very nice.

Imho, shouldn't be the wizard's towers but something like mini ring of brodgars to reduce the cost of the spells. Potentially, could be used as a kingdom object where noobs could swarm to for feasting and casting all sorts of spells. Say, 1 ring of Brodgar per kingdom.
