The priority tool for any action should be the best one you have for it in the tool belt, rather than the last one you put in as an example I have a pick and a metal axe with a B12 equipped and I go to chip stone so it equips the pick and stores the B12. I go to chop a tree and it starts chopping with the B12 instead of the metal axe.

stump -> right click -> shovel
a -> y -> axe

The tools you put in your belt aren't quite smart enough.
For example, when Bob Doles chops a tree, it switches to an axe, and if u remove the stump it stays with the axe instead of switching to shovel. You may think that's no big deal, but it means people get pigeon holed into certain custom clients that have the proper swapping feature.

Do you know how much of a chore it is to make trails and have a hundred trees blocking the way? that's already bad enough, but then, you add ontop of it, and for all those trees you have to manually swap to shovel each time for the stumps. It's mind numbing. It's actually easier to not use a belt when doing this, by using shift-click, so the basic client belt is worse than useless for this.

Go look up a dictionary right now, and look up the definition for pain, Bob Dole guarantee's you will see a picture of your milestone in it. You made the belt to reduce tedium, but you left the most tedious task of all alone. Bad feature, bad you. Worse. Than. Hitler.
