Please add yoghurt. I have no idea how its exactly made. But you could make it taste like fruits or berries.
This would give fruits some more uses.

I'll help you out a bit.
Butchering a domesticated sheep gives you their stomach intact.
You put their milk inside the stomach and let it ferment.
Later you add berries for different versions of it.

That's pretty disgusting. I like it. Would fit nicely in haven's vibe.

well you can use butter for fermentation process . but what I know is you need to boil the milk ( heated to 45C enough in the real life ) , you need to mix butter and little bit of heated milk in the diffrent cup than mix the whole thing and put in glass pot . you should not close the lid of the pot , it will make it watery instead use cloth as a lid and put it somewhere so mix doesnt lose its heat rapidly . 8-6 hour later it will be done .

to be honest i dont see any point adding yoghurt as long as it doesnt have specific purpose .
