Having played in the end of w9 and starting w10 is a great experience. Observing all that madness of THE beginning around is somewhat amusing

#1. If World is reset practically each year (?) in a cyclic fashion, it would make more sense to make LP acquisition at initial stages of game slower: noobs have no chance to compete with seasoned players and per-egzisting factions. New inexperienced players are pushed away from resources very early in game or killed (guess it is going to happen within weeks...), and probably after 6 months there will be only 100-200 players again. New players are not bad - they just dont know well the mechanics of the game. Also, based on forum I get a feeling that H&H has become aka a "niche" game with players dominated with substantial experience (same crowd world to world). I think I survived in W9 just because I joined late in game and nobody paid attention to new underdeveloped cha around. Therefore, providing slow beginning might be beneficial for the overall and lasting game experience.
#2. Thefts and other more serious crimes should attache a general 'scent' to a perpetrator's account for a week or more (aka "stinky character") of real time, which travels with him/her at all time. First - it could have a social effect, second - it could modify attributes for a while. Now at the beginning it all looks silly when somebody comes, takes something in front of you, and leaves. And you can not do anything. In this case H&H should enable temporal "Rage" attribute for a victim against perpetrators, if they are on a sight and providing victims with some moral buffs. Otherwise like now, all those raids and theft looks silly.
