Lucky Rabbit Foot + String = Rabbit Foot Necklace
Can give an agility boost. Maybe some extra luck/FATE (less cave ins, etc).

(and on the subject of rabbit feet, how about an Unlucky Rabbit Foot? Maybe something to do with Nidbanes?)

I love these unique bonuses like the walrus cape has.
And the rabbit foot seems perfect for this use.

dont think you can have LESS cave-ins, they are not spawned randomly but placed already. Perhaps a CHANCE to avoid dmg from a cave-in.
