New metals/ores.

In HnH there is wide variety of trees, animals, plants, items, and so on. L&J adds from time to time new animals or croops, but what about ores? We did not get any new ore since w8 and no new metal at all. I think that the natural resources extracted in the mines have been forgotten. So here are some of my ideas:

1. New types of ore/metal

Zinc ore ( I'm not a geologist, I do not know the name of the ore. ) Soft metal.
Brass. Hard metal.
Zinc ore, which when mixed with copper it will give brass.
Brass should be usefull for some special furniture, curio, symbels or something.

Jorb mentioned on the last stream that not all things that exist in the real world must be transferred to the HNH.
So what about some not real ores? Like mithril or even invented for HNH e.g. Jötunn's Bone, or word from old norse/swedish.
Additionally new ore could be eg. 2x2 (or more) and one ore would take place equal to 4 normal ores in stockpile.
I realize that adding new ore requires a new world, or to add more levels of the mine.
I think it would be difficult to add ore to the existing world.

2. Jewelry

At the moment only the silver, gold and pearls are usefully in jewelry ( and ofc goldbeaters skin).
Is too little, don't you think?
New gems/crystals like sapphire, ruby, emerald or new ( Earth's Tear, Windy Crystal ?) would be cool.
In addition, the jewels could be gain, not only in the mine. Like, you can get the red gem while doing something related to the fire ... or blood.
This opens the door to more jewelry / gilding.

3. Furnaces.

Different types of furnaces. Alternative for current ore smelter.
Current smelter looks very advanced, for the same brick ( metal elements).

Simple ore smelter : only bricks, 2 or 3 x 5
Advanced ore smelter : bricks, some hard metal bars and maybe stones? Same as current, 5x5.
Big blast furnace : bricks, steel, localized resource? More than 5x5 ( no idea, may be a problem with balance)
Special furnance for jawelry?

That's all for now. I will add more if i invent something. What do you think? Do you have any ideas too?

Add Lead, make Galena have a 30% chance at max skills to give Lead. Makes foods taste sweeter (give more fep) but give the "Heavy Metal Poisoning" Injury, only to be healed by Ancient Roots, it reduces your Int, Str, and Con stats, and your skills (Exploration etc.)

I like most of these ideas. More furnaces is something I've definitely wanted for some time.
