Palibashing

Allow players to bash palisades by hand if, and only if they are unclaimed. Mostly as another way to counter the walling of resources.

Would maybe be reasonable for palisades when there is no claim or it doesn't have authority (not shield) and bashing by hand would not cascade.

In the end it would most likely not really make a difference as people would have bricked the resources by the time characters reach the strength to bash palisades.
