Rights for specific objects

I don't think this can be done easily, but I suggest it anyway....
So, the new world is very funny, with a lot of people, interactions etc...right now if I want to provide shelter to some unknow hearthling, I can give him trespassing on my claim, btw maybe he want to leave some objects on my claim, like his chest, his boat or whatever....but then without theft he cannot take them back....
So, if possible, to implement a kind of buff (like waylaid works, for example, that last an amount of time) where certain rights are given to specific objects....so if he place his boat on my claim he would be able to take it back and only that when he finished to do his stuff around.....probably not possible, but would be cool.

I think when you place boat on claim you can take this one back even with no permissions.

I kind of feel that no formal system will be good enough to do what you actually want, and that any half-way system will cause you problems you wouldn't have had without it.
