However people. It would be nice if you updated Wiki with the info instead of in the middle of a million forum replies.

I dont think trowels made of clay are strong enough to do the job, and if you have access to metal, plumb bob gives +4 masonry at Q10
using it as a tool would be very niche, as i can not see anything else besides the brickwall that it would be usefull for (maybe stone tower and stone mansion)

Wait, there is one already? Is that way you said? If so, then I'll need to update my original idea again.
I don't have access to metal yet. So far I've had 4 cave ins and haven't found a single metal ore anywhere.
Also not finding any root to check that way... so frustrating. I'm starting to think that I just got a really back starting location.

There is already at least 2 masonry gilding in game.
