I was confused by this too. Either it's a typo or a cryptic way of saying you need to have at least 4 IP to use it. And each time you use it you get +2 IP.


This should in the client (and everywhere else) be written as threshold +/- change to make it easier to grasp for a beginner.

So Take Aim would be 0+1, Think 4+2, Chop 1-1 and Cleave 4-2.

Or you could just use words to describe what things do and require

Agreed. There's enough space that, using Granger's examples, it could be as simple as:

Take Aim
IP required: 0
Effect: +1 IP

Think
IP required: 4
Effect: +2 IP

Chop
IP required: 1
Effect: -1 IP

Cleave
IP required: 4
Effect: -2 IP

...or something to that effect. Much more easily understandable.
