I'm by no means a pvper, but i do have a good bit of experience cheesing in pve in world 9
there should be an all ecompassing "fatigue" meter which each color adds to. this meter should determine damage, not each individual color
When you create 50% opening in one color, you fill the fatigue meter 25%
When you create 100% opening in one color, you fill the fatigue meter 50%
Thus: you must fill all four meters 50% OR 2 meters 100% before you can deal 100% damage.
animals shouldnt deal "at least" 1 HHP damage. 1 SHP damage minimum is fine.
players should start out with at least 1 IP creating move. alternaively, make certain clothes grant (or take away) IP at the beginning of fights
