Sausages (and Boar Meat)

With Boar meat in so many sausages, could we replace the random boar with "Meat of Fatty Animal", since the Boar meat is used for the fat content. This would contain stuff like Bears (during fall and winter), Boar, Pigs, tamed Cows, and Walruses. Variable Materials are being criminally under used in sausages

maybe there should be a sausage made out of mammoth meat and walrus meat (mostly con and a bit of other stats?), cause there arent any that use this meat yet

Myeah, idk. A bit marginal, and I like the specific buff to pigs relative sausages.
