Hello there!
Little QoL suggestion from a humble hermit.
The situation now:
1. Seek the wild animal (while having a clover in your inventory).
2. Run as close as you can.
3. Pick up clover from your inventory (meanwhile creature goes away).
4. Try to right-click on the animal with clover in your "hand".
5. The game freezes for a second.
6. Mis-click on animal and put a stockpile of flowers.
7. Go to #2 and start again.
Even if you was lucky enough to avoid #5-6 and fed the animal, here comes another round.
1. The animal goes away.
2. Run for it to get as close as you can.
3. Right-click and select option (for god sake - do it with keyboard numbers, don't try to left-click on flower-menu)
4. Start chasing the animal.
5. Stuck at the tree or loose your speed on swallow water.
6. Go for #2 and start again.
It is not the only option. You can be lucky and get what you need, but this is quite a common scenario.
So what can be changed?
We already have auto-feeder in Amber's client. Don't know if it fits properly into default client, so (in case it's doesn't) we can have a right-click menu on wild animals with "feed" option. That would greatly improve the life of the wanderer.
And another one. There should be some delay (5-10 sec) between "animal ate the clover" and "animal continues its path". That would be enough for char to interact with it. Really, it seems kinda weird that wild animal ate the food from the unknown stranger and immediately goes away. It should stay and look for awhile - maybe this guy has other yummy things?
Both additions seems pretty easy to implement (for me). What do you think?
