Apply Convenience bonus to sand digging

I don't see how it can be a bad thing. Spending 15 minutes for one sand stockpile is BORING

Such derail, so wow. As for sand digging, we don't need convenience bonus, we just need shovels to actually work on it. Don't know why it does not already. Sands deff easier to dig with a shovel.
