Wells should hardcap water node that they are built on.

Onep inspired me for another idea.
Allow us to shit on wells, like poop in them. This would temporarily decrease quality of water that you get from the well. It would also add random chance for someone that takes water from well to acquire odd tuber.
It could leave vandalism scent as well.
