Change inspect study table

When inspecting a study table, it should show the owner rather than the quality...does the quality of the table even matter?

Make Study table base size liek 7*7 but every time you get the q to like 10, 40, 90, etc. It gets and Row and Column.

Haha, the fact that loftar is saving quality data for the table means they had an idea for it at one point. Or they have plans for the future x]
