While inside, wounds that heal on their own would heal slightly faster.

Your stamina will regenerate quite quickly for minimum energy drain.

I could see Jorb adding sauna's, since he took alot of inspiration from URW which had those.

That's actually a great idea, though sitting in a sauna for hours doesn't sound fun. Maybe just a quick session and you get a healing buff that lasts a day or so?

Yeah sauna for healing it's a great idea, maybe with seasons, cause cold disease?.. Btw even beds should give a small buff to healing in my mind.
P.S. Could be nice to have back bough bed also.

For optimal efficiency 30 to 45 minutes would be the absolute minium perhaps be optimal combined with this and a quick lake/river dip.
