Trellises

Postby DDDsDD999 » Sun Jan 29, 2017 10:48 pm

Trellises add so much more immersion and depth to the once boring and mundane task of farming. However, I feel like their ability to provide this wonderful gameplay mechanic is just too...easy. We all know the importance of adding some tedium to prevent just handing the players everything! As such, I recommend that trellis quality should affect the resulting product. I was originally thinking a soft-cap, but I feel like a hard-cap would be more suitable.

They should also require bone glue. I don't understand how they stick together.
“We still, alas, cannot forestall it-
This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

No hard leather? This game is becoming too casual

Some good thoughts here for sure!
