It'd be neat to encourage/enable a bit of scavenging/dredging as a specific activity. I love vrakgods, i pick up all the beach trash I see.

How about a net? Uses 10 rope to make. Dredge the waters and the spaces are big enough to let fish through but catches trash. Or you know a dredge hook type of thing.
