Create music sheets to play musical instruments

Music is very difficult to play in this game, and the lag really doesn't help it. If we could write music onto parchment to automatically play, there wouldn't be a lag or skill issue.

After some thought, a music conductor could be used to create an orchestra of music. The music conductor could be forced to have a certain amount of charisma depending on the complexity of music/number of instruments. This would give some more use to the almost useless charisma.
