Why in the actual F*** can ore be used to terraform

Postby bojackson » Thu Feb 09, 2017 12:06 am

Went to put the ore in a stockpile, misclicked a few times and it just used it like dirt to terraform, lost it. Kinda pissed :x Why would anyone ever want to do this, please make it so that can't happen

Stone can be used to raise land and ore acts like stone, idk if there's much they can do about that.

Live underground where you can't terraform

Pretty much.

This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”

You never had stockpiles and stockpiles of shitty ore which you were digging just to get somewhere or to clean up a space underground while being too greedy to throw it away? I almost envy you...

i like the ores being treated as stone, only way you can get a green stone is from malachite. and blood stone is quite purtty too

but it is annoying i suppose to have your lucky iron ochre get used instead of the dirt next to it. maybe empty your pockets when you switch hats/jobs?

I can see your righteous ire, but the intention was to make stone landfill, and all ores are stones. Not sure which principle should give way in order to alleviate your problem.

The alternative is only whether the crisis should come sooner as the result of a voluntary abandonment of further credit expansion, or later as a final and total catastrophe of the currency system involved."
