Let all domasticated food give +2 fep in variable food recipes!
Domestic meat is so expensive (you need shitlot swill and time for breeding, maturing, etc) it is less qualitied than wild meat, and it's so hard to farm them with big amounts.

Let us have some benefits from it!

sadly whilst it seems like domestic meat is expensive when you first start out it is actually much cheaper. Once you have tamed the animals (or bought them) there is no risk in obtaining them (unlike wild animals), you do not have to set foot off your claim. You also get other products from them, most notably cheese. Given time you can produce a lot of food with actually quite little effort.

If you think you are growing too much food for your animals you have too many animals, or perhaps animals are not suited to your play style. HAVING to log on and harvest fodder is a pain but the reward is cheese, high q leather, etc.

Personally I would be in favour of Jorb and Loftar trying out a new animal feeding mechanic, most notably some sort of meadow/pasture system. But it would be hard to get the balance right there and could potentially cause economic chaos. Although if implemented alongside the current system it shouldn't cause too much disruption.

Animals do eat grass when really hungry iirc, although a plantable "long grass" crop that goes straight from the ground to an animal's mouth and regrows after a time would be nice IMO

Mmm, gotta love that pig cheese. But yeah, seriously, other animals are worth it for other benefits asides from meat, but pigs suck and need a major buff. Hell, this FEP improvement wouldn't even come close to making pigs worthwhile.

Will consider further pig buffs.
