castration

Casting a male animal increases the quality of the meat.

Male testes are made of study or medicine.

+1

Testes can also:

* be dried on a drying rack and used as a gilding (maybe Farming)
* Cooked and eaten ("praire oysters" recipe)
* dried and then hung from the back of a wagon

We might need an update to the animal assets to reflect their castrated/uncastrated status

Maybe, but kind of marginal.

Not really, as this would open the possibility to sell quality horses without fear of them being used to make more of them.
