Paint your Horses

Can we please be able to paint decorative/war murals onto our horses? Preferrably the entire thing should be paintable, but if not then painted a painted Caparison.

perhaps a blanket(basiclly rug for horses back mabye can be put on floor too) that we can add a sketch to

Would be cool, but unclear how it fits into present disposition of game resources.
