Curding Tubs: Option to "Clean out".

If I want to re-purpose a curding tub with .01 L of cow milk to producing sheep curds, I can't. The tub is just destroyed. Please consider adding the suggestion from my subject!

This might be a noob question cuz I haven't started making cheese yet, but couldn't you use a bucket to get that last bit of milk out?

No. And heaven forbid if you mix sheep and cow milk. It will only produce generic curds, only turning into generic gouda. Then the tub MUST be destroyed.

Rather, just don't make sheep's cheese, it's ass and you should devote your Rennet towards Cow's Milk Cheeses.
