Why is it still a thing for mining, you can't really use a "slave alt" for it since miners require a significant amount of investment and they did even before the addition of masonry. Plz change to 2k for mining.

Also dont make the minner stop once the bag is full of stones. Its very annoying.

I'm not aware that shift-clicking while mining does anything.

unless its just for custom clients, shift + left click will mine but drop the ore/stone

That's done by the server, and it's done whether you shift-click or not.

shift clicking in the custom client amber allows for automated mining, in the options you can set whether you drop the stone or not
you can select an area to automatically mine by shift-dragging. it's been around awhile though, it automatically drinks (now obsolete) and moves your character using pathfinding (although it does get stuck). it doesn't drop gold pebbles though

it's nice to use while watching youtube or cleaning
