Frozen lakes in mountains, ice skates, skis and sledges

Just for fun
Ice skates could be used to go at full speed on the frozen lakes without draining energy, should use metal, wood and leather
Sledge could be used to quickly go down the hill if it has snow. Skis if equipped should increase player's speed on snow area. Both should be able to be packed into inventory, then equipped. Maybe it would be nice to use them to quickly escape from mammoths/other aggressive players in mountains.
Maybe, a large sledge could be used with horses with several people sitting in it, then no slope would be necessary.
Also, all above would be nice to have if seasons are implemented.

Cool....cannot wait to go around with skis :D.....and sledge with dogs. Wow I haven't taught yet how many stuff could be added once we have seasons....
Frozen rivers and lakes could be one of the best thing ever....like URW, for hunting, the hole to fish,etc...and become dangerous also once the ice is thin....so many stuff
Btw I'm not sure how close Loftar is to object controlled object thing....and if that will allow all these beautifull stuff.....

Seasons aside, it could be cool in the mountains. Will consider.

BUMP!
you MUST add skis and ice skates for the next winter.
Skis would make you fast on snow, but not on ice.
Ice skates would make you fast on ice, but not on snow.

In addition to shoes, there may be poles (for both ice and snow) which would make you even faster, but require 2 hands to use.

Skis are very fast on ice, just not much control. Just ask the last competitive skier that wiped out and nearly died because the slope was too icy to hold competition. (I'd say ask the last one that died, but well, they're dead.)
