Allow us to remove water from chicken coops

I don't think the devs have changed this yet, but we should have the option of removing water from chicken coops (and rabbit hutches?)

If you accidentally put low quality water in your co-op you're absolutely boned until the chickens drink all the wate, or you build a new coop

i heard that u can click on the water dish to take water out but i dunno if thats true

I've tried, but unless I did it wrong, it didn't work.
