Waterflask and Toolbelt

Waterflask and Toolbelt

I think it would be nice to give us the ability to place waterflask in a toolbelt, slotting it in an action bar would still let us drink auto or manually.

I think that makes sense. I can see a bucket being too much, but a waterflask seems fair.
