For the time being (may be very long) in Amber client it's alt+s. But yeah should be in standard like various other features.

or you can get drop box to same affect, though it be nice if it was in the base client, cause it would make me want to use it more (tends to be cleaner when i do use it).

Requires a client restart for some of the more invasive effects, eg. flat land, no transitions.
