QOL Suggestion for Water Buckets

This is just a really pedantic and small quality-of-life suggestion, but it's something I've noticed over and over.

Unlike other objects, you can't transfer buckets of water from your player to a container by shift-clicking them. As I understand it, this is because it first tries to put it in your inventory, which is forbidden because of how buckets work.Instead, you have to click the bucket and then manually transfer it to a container.

Is it possible to make it so that buckets of water are immediately transferred to a container when you shift-click them while full?
