Possibility to draw lines on map

In addition to markers that are already in the game, please, let us draw lines and arrows on a map, maybe even circles. Briefly speaking - more options to paint on in-game map. Would be very usefull in pointing quality spots, marking crossroad routes and stuff like that.

With a full implementation of photoshop to go with it?

Will consider, but not any sort of priority.
