Troll and caveins

Let troll not kill players with cavein, but make caveins around player to block him.

Trolls shouldn't cause caveins, but throw a medium sized rock at you similar to archery, and cannot go through walls.

devs fix trolls
its not even funny

dying in fight is cool

but dying because of rocks that he throws before you get close enough to fight is not cool

It's not even a rock throw. It's rock shower. Not even funny. But at least 2 parties posted videos that could be pretty much "how to".


Unless trolls sometimes behavie not the way it was intended.

they shud just shoot a rock like mamooth does trunk gunk

optionally the rock shot could leave a cavein boulder there

or make the cavein sort of like special move if he has like 10 ip or idk

The thing that boggles the mind about trolls is why they added the catapult firing animations and sling stones animations and they add this to mammoths, but then for troll they stick to magical summon cavein ability. If anything make them unique that they move slower, throw boulders at you and make them act in a way that 1 or more people can fight them decently without it being a slaughterfest like ive seen a few times, or trying to figure out how to cheese it.

When the design of a mob gets to a point where people just go fuck it not worth the effort fighting it because it was slapped together, it isnt the playerbase at fault its the design. I feel haven is the perfect place for jorb and loftar to try something creative with new mobs and how to fight them instead of generic stand and smack each other or kite around. Like wolf packs that encircle you and attack randomly from all angles and get harder the worse damage you do to them.

Make deer charge you as their way to create openings on you same with boars i guess. For trolls it would be nice if they kept on throwing boulders and now you needed to use boar spears(more weapon types) to kill and immune to arrows and hit like a mac truck. Maybe even give us an ability to throw nets or the more spears in the troll it gets stunned so you can run in and stab it. Hell why not push this to Mammoths and make them easier to fight if you use a pike, but the more you use it the q goes down until poof gone and it can wreck you, hmm maybe even add a taunt skill then so you always need 2 people + to fight as one is keeping attention as other run in and stab and slash while you tank it.

Just a few ideas off top of my head that would help make hunting Alot more fun and appealing.
