Diferent weather conditions, that could give small amount xp

How about we get different weather conditions that wouldn't really affect players, but rather would be there for the sake of it, also could give a small amount of XP when different weather condition occurs. Which in a way would make player stay logged in just for the sake of it of end up getting all different weather conditions over the time.
The weather conditions could be and not limited to:
Raining (able to see the rain dropping down and the sound of it as well)
Misty (a cool affect of fog and rain, unless my definition of mist is wrong)
Foggy (a fog of war kind of thing, which would help devs with draw distance I guess)
Sunny (able to see the sun rays from the sky which would look something like this I guess https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/73 ... 29c5e1.jpg)
Cloudy (the area would be dark, not dark as if it was night time of the game, but dark enough)
Windy (able to see trees and bushes move slightly by the force of the wind and also would be able to hear the whistle of it)
Thunder and lightning (able to see lightning flash and hear the thunder rumbling)
Hailing (instead of raining water it would rain ice)
Snowing (understandably would work best when it snows on snowy mountain peaks, but also could work anyway where else, for example either the snow melts as soon it touches the ground or form patches of snow on which player could hear snow crunching when they walk over them)
This all I could think of at the moment. Also I think it would be a nice feature for the game, to make it feel even more alive, with rather not just the wildlife, but the world itself.

This is an old and recurring request. Would definitely make the world feel alive and less boring. Eternal summer with permanently fair weather doesn't feel right.

In jorbspeak, that means 12% chance of implementation this year.

Weather is on our todo list, yes.
