Any chance we could avoid making this turn into 'road trail bullshit everywhere' like happened in W11?

Could we ensure they aren't fast travelable?
jorb: I don't want *your* money. You are rude and boring. Go away.
Sevenless: We already know real life has some pretty shitty game mechanics, it's why we're here instead.
Avu: The end is near it has finally come to pass: I agree with Lunarius...
Shubla: There are also other reasons to play this game than to maximize your stat gain.

What would be so bad about them being fast travelable?

He has this weird fetish about forcing fast travel out of the game so more than half the server quits. Maybe to better his chances in the game?

I mean, some people think fast travel isn't atmospheric enough.. but as the world starts getting emptier, it becomes almost a necessity for people who don't want to play alone.

Communities can congregate, world travel can ensure, hermits can escape to the far reaches of the hearthlands where decaying gods rest, and those interested in living in peace can ignore the teeming masses slaughtering each other for entertainment.

Considering this is a game with no victory conditions Mario, what 'chances' are you referring to? There is no end game, it's all about persistence.
