Some ideas below:
- basic diseases that are not caused by fighting - e.g. fever, cold, sore throat or even hearth failure from overworking - less energy might cause more danger of coming to small injuries such as sprained ankle (diseases and injuries might result on slower movements; less FEPs, lowering stats of strength, perception and dexterity etc)
- herbal tea made from e.g. rose hips, maple & stinging nettle that might work on different satiations and also treat some diseases (based on RL herbal medicine)
- more on medicine - separate skills for creating more advanced medicine, having higher chance of treating & even possibly doing surgeries on later stage
- basically to have also 'healer' kind of profession
One more unrelated to above:
- having tree trunks placed for a long time (two RL weeks?) would change them into mirkwood - that way would be possible to obtain higher q mirkwood for curio and gilding
