Beds help with healing

Yup, if you log out in a bed you get a bonus to any applied first-aid and a tiny help to untreathed wounds

Also, hugs... or maybe a lil speed boost or stamina fortification. Just ya know, some reason for beds to exist

Bringing back the spruce bed would also help the new players to survive their infections a little better without implementing too much new treatments.

They do now.
