Uploadable MIDIs for playable music

Postby DaJovialJove » Fri May 19, 2017 1:20 am

There's some nice instruments in this game, and they are pretty cool for the first 5 minutes when you got your first bone flute. But I thought that since we can upload custom images to adorn our halls with beautiful lenny face paintings, why not be able to upload MIDI files to adorn our halls with beautiful USSR anthems? Instruments such as bagpipe and flute should only be able to play a midi track with only one note playing at any given time, fiddles can play up to two like normal, and why not add a new building, a piano, that can play any MIDI? I think this would improve on the wonderful gimmicks in H&H that got me into the game in the first place.

I am not the only person with this idea, here's another recent post I found, but this does need some more supporters in my opinion.

I think it would be very cool as well the only thing is the balance between time spent by dev and what we get in return should be decent. If it cost them 10 hours that could've gone into real updates then not, but if it's not that difficult it'd be great :D

You could do this as a custom client feature if you really want it.

Not against it, but more work than it's worth.
