Wheelbarrow Stockpile Spill Option

I want you to discard all stockpiles with ctrl + right click

It is difficult to dispose of soil
It is inefficient to break soil stockpile
I got tired of throwing out the soil in my backpack

I want pick it up like a vacuum cleaner

Should perhaps be able to dump it in the water, but, meh. I don't mind that it's a bit of a hassle, at least.
